Haas Alarm: 143 (L) SPINDLE ORIENTATION LOST – Spindle orientation lost during a fine spindle control motion. This can be caused by failure of encoder, cables, belts, MOCON, or vector drive. It can also be caused by failure to orient spindle prior to G05, Fine Spindle Control Motion. Be sure to run M19 before G05.
