- The core and repair service are charged upfront.
- CNCRP must receive an emailed picture of the amplifier to be exchanged before a replacement amplifier will be shipped.
- The faulty amp must be of the same style and returned to CNCRP within 10 days of receiving the replacement amp. The core must be in repairable condition (i.e. not burned or damaged beyond repair).
Warranty and Returns:
