 Repair-by-Exchange:

  • The core and repair service are charged upfront.
  • CNCRP must receive an emailed picture of the unit to be exchanged before a replacement will be shipped.
  • The faulty unit must be of the same style and returned to CNCRP within 10 days of receiving the replacement. The core must be in repairable condition (i.e. not burned or damaged beyond repair).

Repair-by-Exchange with No Core Charge:

  • A repaired PCB will ship within 7-10 business days of reviving the bad PCB. (Call for exact lead time).
  • Core must be in repairable condition (i.e. not burned).

Warranty and Returns:

  • CNC Replacement parts offers a one-year warranty on electronics — valid from the date of sale.
  • Returns are accepted. Please call us and we can help you troubleshoot and make sure we send you the right parts.
