The Niagara Falls Coolant option easily hooks up to any Haas machine, and the coolant flush only turns on when the auger is activated or pre-programmed. This kit includes the pump and stand, relay, breaker, coolant manifold hose, and fittings. Set it up yourself with this easy three step installation: 1) remove the plug from IO PCB and install jumper cable; 2) hook up the power on the transformer taps and lock down motor leads in the breaker; 3) run the hose from the pump to the coolant manifold.
This kit is available with one or two coolant manifolds and in three wiring options depending on machine type.
For older IO PCBs with single row chip auger plugs chose classic Haas machine wiring. For newer IO PCBs including Next Gen control chose newer Haas machine wiring. For any other brand machine chose M code wiring for a M code turn on wiring kit
