Exchange faulty amplifiers for a refurbished unit from CNC Replacement Parts (CNCRP). We do not accept amplifiers that are burned or damaged beyond repair.

CNCRP must receive an emailed picture of the amplifier to be exchanged before a replacement amplifier will be shipped.

Next Day shipping cut-off is 4 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) and applies exclusively to our US customers. International shipping is offered for Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, and now Australia. If you require shipping to other locations, please get in touch with us for further information.

CNC Replacement Parts cannot ensure specific delivery times once items have been dispatched from our warehouse, nor can we be held accountable for any shipping delays.

Recommended Products

 Repair-by-Exchange:

  • The core and repair service are charged upfront.
  • CNCRP must receive an emailed picture of the amplifier to be exchanged before a replacement amplifier will be shipped.
  • The faulty amp must be of the same style and returned to CNCRP within 10 days of receiving the replacement amp. The core must be in repairable condition (i.e. not burned or damaged beyond repair).

Repair-by-Exchange with No Core Charge:

  • A repaired vector drive will ship within 7-10 business days of reviving the vector drive. (Call for exact lead time).
  • Core must be in repairable condition (i.e. not burned).

Warranty and Returns:

  • CNC Replacement parts offers a one-year warranty on electronics — valid from the date of sale.
  • Returns are accepted. Please call us and we can help you troubleshoot and make sure we send you the right parts.
