Servo Amplifier Repair-by-Exchange (RBE)

Exchange faulty amplifiers for a refurbished unit from CNC Replacement Parts (CNCRP).

Depending on stock level a newer drive style may be shipped in place of an older gold or power plug style.

Next Day shipping cut-off is 4 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) and applies exclusively to our US customers.

Repair-by-Exchange:

The core and repair service are charged upfront.
The faulty amp must be returned to CNCRP within 10 days of receiving the replacement amp.

Warranty and Returns:

Please be advised that, effective July 24, 2025, servo amplifier repairs and exchanges provided by CNC Replacement Parts will now include a limited 3-month warranty from the date of delivery or installation, unless otherwise specified in writing.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or external factors beyond our control.
