This carbide hex bolt is designed to install into the center piston shaft of the Tool Release Piston (TRP) on Haas vertical mills. It has an internal coolant passage and the tip is made of high-strength carbide to withstand high pressure and repeated cycling. The bolt ensures proper coolant flow through the spindle during tool changes.
