Repair-by-Exchange:

The core and repair service are charged upfront.
The faulty drive must be returned to CNCRP within 10 days of receiving the replacement amp.

Warranty and Returns:

Please be advised that, effective July 24, 2025, vector drive repairs and exchanges provided by CNC Replacement Parts will now include a limited 3-month warranty from the date of delivery or installation, unless otherwise specified in writing.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or external factors beyond our control.
